This shopping portal serves all over India with quality Fashion & customized products. Our main aim is to provide Customized products to each and every person in every corner of India with the best price and best quality. Currently, we are not delivering products outside India.

What are the delivery charges?

InkWynk offers you free delivery on every product and on every purchase without any minimum purchase amount. You can enjoy free delivery on every product purchase from our website.

Cash on Delivery

For the Cash upon delivery option (COD), we charge a nominal amount of ₹40 which is charged by logistics.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We generally procure and ship the items on the same day if ordered before 11 am (Mon-Fri), however, delivery might take 2-15 days depending on the delivery location and courier’s services in that area. More customized delivery time based on the delivery location pin code will be available later for customers to estimate delivery time while placing the order. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

When My Order Will Dispatch

We dispatch your order on the same day if the order is placed before 11 am, otherwise, it will be dispatched in the next day slot. Please note that we are unable to dispatch any orders on Sunday. It’s a holiday for everyone including our staff.

Next Day Delivery

We are providing next-day delivery of customized products (Personalized T-shirts, Personalized Mouse Pads, Personalized Coffee mugs, etc..) purchased online from our portal in selected areas of Delhi on a minimum purchase of ₹1499 or above. Soon we are expanding our reach for next-day delivery throughout the country.

If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send them to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship in some cases delivery can be in partial mode). At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc.)?

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase with us. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you pay on the checkout page is including GST and that is the final payable amount.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary?

Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the customers as well as vendors/brands/manufacturers, etc.
